County of San Diego offices, libraries and animal shelters will be closed Monday, April 1 in observance of Cesar Chavez Day.
County parks, campgrounds, neighborhood day-use parks, the Fallbrook Community Center, the Spring Valley Gym and the Lakeside REC Club/Teen Center will be open during normal business hours.
The following recreational facilities will be closed:
- The Spring Valley Community Center will be closed for regular business but will open for Monday Night Bingo from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- The 4S Ranch Sports Park office will be closed for regular business, but the adult hockey activities, the gym, and all fields will remain open for regular use.
- The Lakeside Community Center will be closed, but the preschool will remain open.
- The Spring Valley REC Club/Teen Center will be closed.
Essential services such as law enforcement and emergency animal control response will continue through the holiday.
County offices will resume normal hours on Tuesday, April 2.
