San Diego County offices, including County library branches and County animal shelters, will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday, Nov. 27 and Friday, Nov. 28.
As always, essential services, such as Sheriff’s Department patrols and animal control emergency response, will continue during the holidays.
Most County parks and campgrounds will also remain open during the holiday and keep normal business hours.
The Parks Department’s community centers, teen centers and the Spring Valley Gym will be closed Thursday and Friday.
The Parks Department’s reservation phone line will not be available Thursday and Friday, but customers can still make reservations online.
County libraries and animal shelters will resume their regular business hours starting Saturday, Nov. 29.
All other County offices will reopen for regular business hours on Monday, Dec. 1.
