Get Pumped Up for Lakeside Pump Track

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Calling all skateboarders, bicyclists and scooter riders!

Grab your wheels of choice and head out to Lakeside Sunday, Dec. 7 to check out a pump track. Never heard of one? Then you’re in for a treat.

For one day only, the American Ramp Company will set up a 165-foot long pump track near the ball field at Lindo Lake County Park. Practice your balance and more importantly, have fun, riding the curves and ‘rollers’ on the ring – all without pumping your pedals. The track is designed so that you stay in motion through pumping your upper and lower body.

See for yourself what it looks like. The event is open to all ages; just remember to bring your wheels and a helmet. Waivers are also required.

The pump track will be open from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Lindo Lake County Park located at 12660 Lindo Lane in Lakeside, 92040. The event is free.
