Look of Love: Couples Wed on 2-14-2014

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Valentine’s Day just got a little sweeter for hundreds of couples who got married at the County Administration building.

A long line of couples, families and friends were lined up as doors opened at the downtown building, one of four locations the Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk performs marriage services and weddings.

Valentine’s Day is always among the busiest at the offices. Add in the special 2/14/2014 date, the start of a three-day weekend, plus picture-perfect weather, and the crowds were no surprise. Reservations were full early, but the Clerk’s office said walk-ins would be welcome up until 5 p.m. Friday. Staff will stay on to accommodate any couple in line by then.

Check out a few of the newlyweds who came to exchange vows.
