Meet Tootsie the lovable Labrador! This sweetheart of a chocolate Labrador retriever is very sociable and affectionate. She also likes to play ball, but mostly she just wants to hang out with people, and of course, get petted over and over again.
Tootsie is 6-years-old and can be found at the County Animal Services’ animal care facility in Carlsbad. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and is located at 2481 Palomar Airport Road.
