Pet of the Week – Divinity

Reading Time: < 1 minute

You see them everywhere this time of year; cute little bunnies, brightly-colored eggs and sweet treats.

But you may want to think twice before getting a real bunny for your little ones. Did you know rabbits can live eight to 12 years? That you can be allergic to rabbits? Are you already allergic to hay? And will your other animals get along with a rabbit? Depending on your answers, you may want to consider a chocolate bunny!

If you’ve done your research and you’re ready to Hop into Responsibility, meet Divinity. She’s a two-year-old spayed female rabbit hoping for a forever home. You can find her at County Animal Services at 5821 Sweetwater Road in Bonita. Her animal identification number is A1481839 and her adoption fee is $25 and includes a microchip and a free veterinary exam. For more information about Divinity or any of her furry friends at the shelter, call (619) 767-2675 or visit sddac.com.
