Reading Time: < 1 minute

When Angela and her husband were facing difficulties, they did not know where to turn for help. But one organization stepped up and gave them all the support they needed, and more.

Courage to Call is a free, confidential, veteran-staffed 24/7 helpline dedicated to assisting active duty military personnel, veterans, reservists, guard members, and their families, regardless of discharge status, through information, guidance, and referrals.

Courage to Call is funded by the County and supported by 2-1-1 San Diego, an organization that provides phone and online information to connect people with community and disaster services.

To learn more about Courage to Call or to access services, dial 2-1-1. All calls are confidential.
