County departments will present details on their recommended budgets to the Board of Supervisors starting next week.
One set of departments will make their budget presentations at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 14 and another will go before the Board at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 16.
The new recommended Fiscal Year 2024-25 budget was released to the public last week.
Next week’s presentations will give the Board’s supervisors a chance to ask questions before public hearings begin in June.
The public can attend, watch, listen and participate in the meetings in a variety of ways.
Attend the Meeting in Person
The meetings will take place in room 310 at the County Administration Center located at 1600 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92101.
Spanish language translation services for public speakers are available at Board meetings.
Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Korean, Persian (including Farsi, Dari), Somali, Spanish, Tagalog (including Filipino), and Vietnamese translations of the overall proceedings are also available upon request at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.
