The County appreciates the public’s assistance with this case. The Medical Examiner’s Office received numerous tips from the public, after the initial story was published about a woman who was found unresponsive on the evening of Jan. 10 in Chula Vista.
The family also reached out to the County’s investigator assigned to the case with the woman’s name. She was positively identified as Jaylin Nicole Perez.
