Residents are settling into their new apartment homes at SkyLINE in Rancho Bernardo, a seven-story affordable housing community located next to the Rancho Bernardo Transit Center.

SkyLINE offers 100 one to three-bedroom homes for individuals and families earning 30% to 50% of the San Diego area median income.

The County contributed $4 million from its Innovative Housing Trust Fund to help finance the development, which will remain affordable for 70 years.

More information about SkyLINE is available on the Affirmed website. Join the housing interest list. This is one of the newest affordable housing developments supported by County investment.

For residents like Kimberly, a single mother of five, SkyLINE provides stability and the chance to stay rooted in the community where she has raised her children and built a strong support network.
