County Offices to Close December 25
All County of San Diego offices, libraries and animal shelters will be closed to the public Tuesday, December 25.
Additionally, all San Diego County libraries will close at 5 p.m. on December 24.
The Department of Child Support Services will be closed to the public December 24 through January 1. However, the department’s Call Center at (866) 901-3212 will be open 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday during this time, except on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
County parks will also be closed December 25 with the exception of campgrounds and neighborhood day-use parks. Click here for holiday closure dates for the following parks facilities:

- Lakeside Community Center
- Spring Valley Community Center
- Lakeside Teen Center
- Spring Valley Teen Center
- Spring Valley Gym
- 4S Ranch Sports Park Office
The Department of Parks and Recreation’s reservation phone line will not be available, but customers can still make reservations online at sdparks.org.
Essential services such as law enforcement and emergency animal control response will continue throughout the holiday period.
All other County offices will resume normal hours on Wednesday, December 26.
