County Offices Closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day
San Diego County offices, library branches and animal shelters will be closed Monday, Jan. 20 in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.
County parks, campgrounds and neighborhood day-use parks will be open but the following recreational facilities will be closed:
- Lakeside Community Center
- Fallbrook Community Center
- Spring Valley Community Center
- Community Teen Centers
The Department of Parks and Recreation’s reservation phone line will not be available, but customers can make reservations online at sdparks.org.
Essential services such as law enforcement and emergency animal control response will continue through the holiday.
County offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, January 21.
