Various departments will give budget presentations before the Board of Supervisors during a special meeting on Thursday, May 11.
The new recommended Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget was released to the public last week, but this will be the first time departments can give the Board additional details on their budget requests.
The presentations will begin at 10 a.m. at the County Administration Center and give Board Supervisors opportunities to ask questions before the public hearings on the new budget get underway in June.
The public can attend, watch, listen and participate in the meeting in a variety of ways.
