Economic Roundtable Makes Predictions for 2024

The future is notoriously hard to predict, but economic experts made their best-educated guesses on what to expect this year at the 40th Annual Economic Roundtable Friday.

The free event was held at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace and Justice at the University of San Diego.

The opening speakers included Nora Vargas, County Board Chairwoman, Timothy Keane, Dean, USD Knauss School of Business, A.J. Moyer, President and CEO, C3 Bank and Tony Young, Interim President & CEO, San Diego Workforce Partnership.

A fireside chat followed with Mary Daly, the President and CEO of the San Francisco Federal Reserve and Daniel Enemark, Chief Economist of the San Diego Regional Policy & Innovation Center.

A panel discussion on the local economy wrapped up the event. See below for the list of    participants.
