Tijuana River Valley Regional Park

Ranger Dale leads an easy hike on the beautiful Dairy Mart Loop Trail. Learn about some of the Coastal Sage Scrub and Riparian plants of the Tijuana River Valley and how they were used by Native Americans. You’ll also gain insight on the valley’s permanent bird species and other migratory birds along the Pacific Flyway. Bring binoculars if you have them, water, sunscreen and/or hat, and wear sturdy shoes. Meet at the dirt parking lot off of Dairy Mart Road across from Camino De La Plaza. If you get to the ranger station, you’ve gone too far!
