Tai Chi promotes health and longevity. Experience over hundreds of years has shown that practicing Tai Chi can improve one’s health, promote better balance, reduce tension and help with symptoms related to a number of diseases such as high blood pressure, arthritis, asthma, stomach ailments, heart problems and nervousness. Classes are for ages 18 and older and are free.

Intermediate Tai Chi: Monday thru Thursday 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Beginner Tai Chi: Monday thru Thursday 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
