Twenty-nine juniors and seniors from 15 county-area high schools learned public health topics important to their age group and what careers in public health look like, at the inaugural Public Health Advocate Camp. Students applied to participate in the free, hands-on learning experience. The week-long camp was created through a partnership between County Public Health Services and the San Diego County Office of Education.
