The County’s state-of-the-art Public Health Laboratory is nearing completion with a grand opening celebration scheduled for Spring 2025. Included in plans for the $93 million lab are three original commissioned art pieces both inside and outside the building.
The public art is part of a County policy to include original artwork in the design of new County-owned buildings. With these three exciting additions, the County Operations Center now features a collection of 39 pieces of public art designed specifically for this campus.
