The County of San Diego and City of San Marcos are celebrating the grand opening of 100 new affordable housing units for low-income families. Built in partnership with Affirmed Housing Group, the Alora apartment complex is located at 604 Richmar Avenue and is a mix of single and multi-bedroom units.
