When the County of San Diego began excavating for a new employee parking garage at the corner of Kettner and Cedar, they uncovered fascinating bits and pieces of San Diego’s past.
A lot of them ended up archived and boxed up, but there was room in the garage to display, perhaps, the prettiest pieces that were unearthed.
Regardless of their new homes, the artifacts that were found tell an interesting story of those who lived here before us.
