County Board of Supervisors Chair Nathan Fletcher will deliver his second State of the County Address on Tuesday, March 29. His speech will focus on regional issues such as homelessness, housing, mental health and public safety.
The live broadcast of the event starts at 6:10 p.m. and will be translated into American Sign Language.

The invitation-only event is taking place at a location with limited capacity, the Educational Cultural Complex Performing Arts Theatre at the San Diego Continuing Education Center.
