Since 1998, the Carl Moyer Program has provided grant funding to encourage owners of diesel equipment to go above and beyond regulatory requirements by replacing, repowering, or retrofitting their old equipment with newer cleaner equipment, helping to reduce NOx and PM emissions beyond what is required by rule or regulation.
