Don’t Miss Out – Bid Online for Deals on Wheels

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Pick up some new wheels, at least new to you, at the County’s online public auction.

Registration starts at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10, then let the bidding begin! Hundreds of surplus vehicles, including automobiles and heavy equipment, and surplus government property from the County and other local agencies are going on the auction block with many bids starting at $100.

Among the vehicles: a 2009 Toyota Prius Hybrid, 2004 Honda Pilot, a 2008 Nissan Titan 4X4, 2009 Ford Taurus sedans, 2007 Toyota Camry, 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix sedans, a 2008 Ford Expedition Patrol 4X4, a 2005 Chevrolet Impala, 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid and 2006 through 2009 Ford Crown Victoria patrol cars.

Browse around and you’ll see most everything you can find on wheels: a 2004 John Deere tractor, feed spreaders, a 1981 John Deere Tractor Cub 850, a 1995 Toro riding lawn mower, a grain auger and cement mixers. And who wouldn’t want to tool around on a Club Car electric golf cart?

TNT Auction Company will run the online event. While the auction starts at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 10 and ends at 1:00 p.m. the following Monday, Nov. 17, you can kick the tires so to speak at two public previews between the opening and closing dates. One runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 and the other 8 a.m. to noon Monday, Nov. 17 at 369 Main Street, Ramona, CA 92065.

For more information, an auction catalog and photos of many of the items up for auction, visit the TNT Public Auction website.
