The County of San Diego and Alpine are celebrating the grand opening of 38 affordable housing units for low-income families.
Alpine Family Apartments is the first County-funded affordable project in Alpine.
The development was built in partnership with Milestone Housing Group. A mix of single and multi-bedroom units, Alpine Family Apartments is located at 1460 Marshall Road.
The County provided $4.28 million for the project from the County’s Innovative Housing Trust Fund.
Alpine Family Apartments is the County’s fifth affordable housing development ribbon cutting of 2023.
In addition, the County has been a partner in breaking ground on nine additional affordable housing projects so far this year.
