Power has been restored to the County Administration Center at 1600 Pacific Highway in downtown San Diego, following a roughly hour-long outage Friday afternoon. The building is back open to the public, but with limited services for the remainder of the day Friday.

An individual at Kaplan College in Vista was recently diagnosed with tuberculosis (TB) and may have exposed students and staff, the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) reported today. There is no indication of an exposure at the school’s other two San Diego County campuses.
