Pet of the Week – Ella

Reading Time: < 1 minute

“What greater gift than the love of a cat?”

Author Charles Dickens knew what he was talking about. Cats kept him company while he was writing his classic books.

He would have loved this sweet cuddle-bug, Ella. She’s 10 years old and she enjoys snuggling in her bed and chin scratches. Yet she still has a lot of energy if you’d like to play. Ella is a very loving girl who needs a place to call home. She is declawed.

If you are interested in Ella, pay her a visit at the County Animal Services’ animal care facility in Carlsbad. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. You’ll find it at 2481 Palomar Airport Road.

Ask for Ella by her animal ID number A1604318. If you hit it off, you can take her home for only $35. That includes current vaccinations, viral testing, a microchip and registration, flea control plus a free veterinary exam within the first 10 days. For more information, visit sddac.com or call (619) 767-2675.
