Pet of the Week – Tobby

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Don’t even call him tubby, the name is Tobby. Just because he has a few pounds to love, I mean lose, this nifty kitty deserves to be called by his real name.

Everyone knows New Year’s resolutions are tough to stick to, especially the ones about losing weight. So Tobby is looking for the purrfect partner to help him get back to his former feline figure.

He admits he can’t do it alone. Please adopt Tobby and help him find his waistline! Tobby is an 8-year-old neutered male who weighs in at about 15 pounds. And have you seen that cute spot on his nose?

If you’d like to meet this handsome boy, stop by County Animal Services’ animal care facility in Carlsbad. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and is located at 2481 Palomar Airport Road.

Tobby’s animal ID number is A1750999 and his adoption fee is only $35.00. That fee includes current vaccinations, a microchip, flea control and a free veterinary exam within the first 10 days. For more information, visit www.sddac.com or call (619) 767-2675.
