Pet of the Week – Nemo

My name is Nemo. My swimming adventure didn’t turn out quite the way I had planned. In fact, I couldn’t climb my way out of the swimming pool!

Thank goodness, I was rescued and taken to the emergency animal hospital. I was soaking wet and had a very low body temperature but the hospital took care of me.

Then Animal Services in San Diego took me in and medical staff watched over me. Now they’ve pronounced me well enough to go to a forever home. I’m healthy and happy, love attention and being petted and this red tabby doesn’t plan to explore the watery deep ever again!

Come visit me at County Animal Services at 5480 Gaines Street and refer to my animal ID number A1513006. I’m five years old, weigh less than nine pounds and I’ve already been neutered. My adoption fee is just $35 and that includes vaccinations, microchip and a free veterinary examination.

You can also check me out online at sddac.com or call for information at (619) 767-2675.
