Meet Ted, a 2-year-old, neutered Chipugwa. A what, you say?
A Chipugwa is a Chihuahua/Pug Blend. No kidding. One thing’s for sure, this guy is high energy! He’s good with kids and would be a great running pal. You can find him at the County Animal Services shelter in Carlsbad, 2481 Palomar Airport Road.
