Pet of the Week – Valerie

You’ve heard of the terrible twos? Well, don’t expect any tantrums from this two-year-old. Valerie is a very quiet girl, very mellow. No tantrums, no ups and downs. She doesn’t even want to be picked up and carried!

Valerie is the type of kitty cat who wants to quietly sit next to you and be petted. She also loves to be brushed and likes to use her scratching post. This spayed, white and calico cat is also said to have a marking on her side that looks like Mickey Mouse!

If you want to meet this sweetie pie and see for yourself, stop by the Animal Services shelter at 2481 Palomar Airport Road in Carlsbad. Be sure to refer to her animal identification number, A1525460.

Her adoption fee is $35 which includes a microchip, vaccinations and a free veterinary examination. For more information, call (619) 767-2675 or visit sddac.com.
