Shop Now, Get Bids In for County Vehicle Auction

Need a new vehicle – at least to you? A wide variety of vehicles is going up on the auction block starting Monday, Feb. 20. But you can find out what’s available now. Get a preview by going online.

Spoiler alert – you’ll see all kinds of Fords ranging from Fusion, Taurus and Focus models. There’s even a Ford Escape hybrid. A number of trucks, vans, an office trailer and an equipment trailer are also up for bid. And you just never know when a school bus or a fire truck could come in handy!

All are available and bids start at only $100. The surplus vehicles and surplus government property come from the County and other local agencies.

You can register to bid for the auction online starting at 8 a.m. Monday, Feb. 20. The auction closes at 1 p.m. the following Monday, Feb. 27.

If you’d like to check out the vehicles in person, stop by 369 Main Street in Ramona from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25. Another preview takes place 8 a.m. to noon on Monday, Feb. 27.
