A ribbon cutting ceremony in Oceanside today marks the latest milestone in the County of San Diego’s commitment to prioritizing mental health and substance use services. A beautiful new community-based Crisis Stabilization Unit opened its doors, becoming the sixth CSU in the county with plans for even more in east and south San Diego.
