Fall and flu go hand-in-hand, and that means soon the coughing, sniffling and sneezing will begin. The first cost-free flu vaccination event was Tuesday afternoon at the Spring Valley Casa de Oro Library, where a steady stream of clients showed up ready to roll up their sleeves.
