The County’s Love Your Heart campaign is celebrating 13 years of supporting  San Diegans in understanding the importance of heart health through a variety of ways, including hosting no-cost blood pressure screenings at locations throughout the county and Mexico.

46,000-plus Helped by Love Your Heart in February

The County released its 2023 Love Your Heart Report Tuesday, showing that the annual February public health campaign gave more than 46,000 people free blood pressure checks and saved 646 people from imminent medical emergencies like strokes or heart attacks.

Final Love Your Heart Week of Action Event March 11

The 12th Annual Love Your Heart Week of Action took place a few weeks ago and early results show that 3,000 San Diegans got blood pressure checks and 4% of those screened needed an urgent visit to their doctor.
