Children 6 months to four years old are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine and hundreds of local parents jumped at the opportunity to be first in line. Loaded with blankets, toys and promises of sweet treats, parents filed into Rady Children’s vaccine clinic for the COVID protection they have been anxiously awaiting.

Everyone 6 months and older can get COVID-19 vaccines at no cost. Boosters are also available for people 5 years and older. Parental consent is required for all eligible minors to be vaccinated.
