The County’s Child and Family Well-Being Department hosted its yearly Adoption Day Party at the San Diego Juvenile Courthouse in honor of November being National Adoption Month. The Adoption Party is a joyous celebration where families become official. This year, 30 families finalized the adoption of 39 children.
