North County Community Resource Fair Set for March 11

Community members are invited to a free North County Community Resource Fair on Wednesday, March 11, 2026. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vista Courthouse’s north parking lot, 325 South Melrose Drive.

Hosted by County Probation and the Division of Adult Parole Operations, the annual event is designed to provide supportive services and resources that help meet community needs. More than 100 service providers will be at the event to offer a wide range of assistance.

Visitors can receive free items while supplies last, including a box of dry food, bagged produce and clothing. Additional services include free haircuts provided by a barber.

Employment support will also be available with some same-day hiring opportunities. Staff will assist with CalFresh and Medi-Cal enrollment.

Health services include free flu and hepatitis C vaccines, rapid syphilis testing that provides immediate results, teeth cleanings and fillings. No insurance is required.

Legal services and assistance obtaining important personal documents will be offered, including expungement services and access to an ID bank. Housing navigation, mental health support, substance abuse treatment program information, and other community resources will also be available.

The event is open to the public. No registration is required.
