Story Time just got a little better at Spring Valley Library.
Corporal Daniel Sloppye of the Sheriff’s Department and his partner, Teddy, spend their time volunteering at the County library for story time. While Sloppye is responsible for the reading, Teddy is responsible for the smiles.
