County Animal Services, the San Diego Humane Society and several rescue partners worked together to remove hundreds of animals from a Julian property where they were not receiving proper care. On May 15, the Humane Farming Association transported two pigs, 12 goats, one sheep and several chickens from the County’s Bonita shelter to begin new lives in an environment devoted to the lifelong care of farm animals.
