County Community Development Block Grant Applications Open

The County of San Diego’s Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS) have opened the 2024-2025 Community Development Block Grant Project Applications. Applications are available online, including a printable hard copy option at www.sdhcd.org. HCDS will accept applications through 5 p.m. on Nov. 10, 2023.

Nearly $17 Million Secured to Address San Diego Riverbed Homeless Encampments

The County is celebrating another grand opening of an affordable housing development, this time in Chula Vista. The Casa Anita Apartments have 96 new units dedicated to people and families experiencing homelessness including those diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
