Library High School Graduates Celebrate New Beginnings

It’s all pomp and circumstance as San Diego County Library celebrates its Class of 2019. The library recently held a graduation ceremony for graduates of the Library High School program, which allows adults 19 and older to earn an accredited high school diploma.
