Most people in the region likely noted this week’s rain and — in some parts of the county—snow. Residents of San Diego County’s unincorporated areas can report non-emergency storm damage through the “Tell Us Now!” app.

Household Hazardous Waste Pickup to Start in Flood-damaged Unincorporated Area

After the shock of flood damage to your home, cleanup begins. And sadly, many household items may be destined for the trash. But not all of it. Starting Monday, the County’s household hazardous waste contractor will go out to flood-damaged areas in the unincorporated area to pick up items that are banned from landfills.
