The County of San Diego’s Emergency Rental Assis The County of San Diego’s Emergency Rental Assistance will primarily aid eligible people who are behind on rent and/or utility payments, covering the period from April 2020 to March 2021. 

Application period starts March 2. 

All County residents except for cities of San Diego and Chula Vista will be able to apply at SDHCD.org. Residents of San Diego and Chula Vista can apply at ERAPSanDiego.org.
