The joy of the holidays came early for 125 foster youth and families who received a free refurbished laptop this month during an annual laptop giveaway event. For the 24th year in a row, the County of San Diego and the Futures Foundation teamed up to provide foster youth with laptops that will help them keep pace in a technology driven world and support their educational needs.
