It has been two years since the Community Assistance, Recovery and Empowerment (CARE) Act program began enrolling participants, and the number of success stories is growing. A total of 149 CARE Agreements have been put in place and there have been 23 graduations. Recently, 11 participants all celebrated their graduation on the same day.
